Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas

First, and despite appearances, this film is not about drugs though definitely a strong theme again. The movie is actually more about the power that led to the sixties (what ever that was) is rapidly losing its place in the 1970 U.S. conservative.

Film SA is hilarious but has a dark heart handicapped by the fact that the past - from the failures of the ’60s. Raul and Dr. Gonzo treat your trip to Las Vegas as a great opportunity to have a good time rubbing their faces that makes Americans so crazy conservatives.

The plot does not exist, but the flashback style can get confusing at first. This is a movie full of hilarious, eccentric detail. Some of the best liners once - “We can not stop here, this is bat country!” It has to be in the Oxford dictionary of quotations!

Needs a bit of concentration and I wouldn t suggest to look under any kind of influence, and that s designed to be an intoxicating assault on sober conciseness. You do not have to know about drugs to identify with this film - that s not the point. No s drug slapstick humor that s objective s the joy of seeing so intense obscenity and excess.

Deep and Del Toro are brilliant and much of the script, from the book, is a genius. A hilarious, intense film, smart and bold.
